Masterbatch

Our colour palette extends over 10,000 shades of colour and varying grades of Black and White Masterbatch.

Colour Masterbatch

CPPL colour masterbatches consist of high concentrate pigmentation with thermoplastic resins, additives and modifiers to maximize quality and colouribility now offering a range of Pearl, Metallic and Floroucent finishes.

Applications:

House hold items, Industrial containers, Plastic basins, buckets and drums, Pipes and Cables, Food packaging, Garbage bags and bins, Colour polythene and flms.

Black Masterbatch

Black Masterbatch consists of high concentrate pigmentation and thermoplastic resins, additives and modifiers. Better dispersion and performance is guaranteed through control of particle size of Carbon Black used in this Masterbatch production.

Properties:

Excellent dispersion and heat resistance.
Acts as a UV Stabilizer.
Material properties are not affected.

Applications:

Film applications, films and sheet extrusion, Injection moulding & rotational moulding.

White Masterbatch

These Masterbatches are produced using micronized grades of Titanium dioxide.

Properties:

High durability
High load-ability
Heat stability up to 300 c
Lightfastness up to 7-8
Improves whiteness and ow properties.

Applications:

Packaging applications, Yarn and Injection moulding, Multi-layer and blow moulding.

Calfin EXT

Calfin EXT is a thermoplastic polyolefin compound, composed of superfine calcium carbonate with high quality additives.

Characteristics:

Improves dimensional stability by reducing shrinkage ratio.
Reduces cost through higher productivity.
Improves product surface anti-friction and anti-static properties.
Enhances surface printing properties.
Reduces dosage of White Masterbatch.
Approved for food contact applications.(FDA CERTIFIED )

Applications:

Blow films, Form sheets, Injection moulding, Profile extrusion, Yarn & blow moulding.

Application ratio:

10%- 70% depending on product.

Compounds

Compatible with Thermoplastic polymers and will prove to be advantageous in production due to following characteristics:

Cleaning compound:

Used in all applications as a mould releasing agent.

Transparent filler Masterbatch:

Consists of fine particle talc powder, special additives and polyethylene resin.

Benefits:

Enhanced stiffness and Transparency at dosages of up to 25%, with better dispersion and sealing properties.

Applications:

Injection, sheet, profile extrusion and blow films.

Loading ratio:

Up to 25% depending on product.
